Apply to Graduate

Each student entering their final semester for a certificate or associate degree must apply to graduate inÌý. To apply,Ìýgo toÌýMyIvy > Quicklinks > Apply to Graduate.ÌýFollow the instructions on the screen to select your curriculum, name to appear on the diploma, and diploma mailing address.

The deadline to apply to graduate and have your name printed in the commencement program is March 15.Ìý Even if you are not attending the commencement ceremony, all students must apply to graduate.Ìý

You will be notified via email when we have received and reviewed your graduation application.Ìý

Commencement Ceremony

Commencement will be held on Friday, May 9, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. Students who will complete a certificate, technical certificate, or associate degree in the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 semesters are invited to participate in the ceremony. Students completing a credential are encouraged to attend, but it is not required.

Where to Order:

³Û´Ç³ÜÌýmust have a cap and gown as well as a tassel in order to participate in the ceremony. Students who do not have a cap and gown will not be permitted to participate, so pay close attention to the ordering deadlines.

Cap & Gown Deadlines:

1st Deadline:ÌýApril 7
2nd/Final Deadline:ÌýApril 17
*Your cap and gown will be shipped to your home address within 2 weeks.
