Participation
Students who will complete their degree requirements at the end of Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025 semesters may participate.听There is no summer Commencement Ceremony.
Apply to Graduate
Be sure to apply to graduate to be awarded your credential and receive Commencement Ceremony communications. Go to 听and search Apply to Graduate.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Students will not receive their diplomas at commencement. Diplomas are sent to students in the mail approximately 6-8 weeks after the completion of the degree.

Yes, a photographer will be present, and photos from the event will be available for free download on this webpage no later than June 1.

Yes.听A livestream of the ceremony will be provided on the听, in partnership with Rat Pack Mobile DJ鈥檚. We encourage graduates to share this viewing option with loved ones and supporters who are unable to attend in person.

Graduate check-in begins at 1:00 PM听in the听West Wing. Staff and faculty will be present to guide you.
All graduates must be checked in and present in the听West Coliseum听by听1:00 PM and no later than 1:30 PM听to receive marching instructions.

Parking is available onsite and includes:听
- 190 Marked Spaces
- 38 Handicap Accessible Spaces
- Additional unmarked spaces听on the East and North sides of the grounds
Please plan ahead and arrive early to allow time for parking and check-in.
Safe storage will not be available for Graduate belongings. Please plan to leave unnecessary items in your vehicle.

We know your graduation is a significant milestone, and we want you to share your success with those who have helped you achieve it. There's no limit on how many guests you can bring to the ceremony. No tickets are required for entry.

- Graduation is the completion of your degree
- Commencement is the ceremony where you are recognized for having graduated

What you need to do to graduate:
- Successfully complete all of the required courses for your degree program
- Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Complete any other graduation requirements your program might include
