Altrusa Foundation Scholarship

Each year, we award more than $325,000 in grant funding to our Altrusa and ASTRA Clubs, as well as to international agencies, to support healthcare, educational, and economic development initiatives that truly impact thousands of children and under-resourced communities.

  • The requirements for submission are as follows: Applicants must have graduated from high school at least ten (10) years ago.
  • Applicants must be seeking a certificate or undergraduate degree.
    Applicants must have 25% of the course completed at the time of application.
  • Applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident of Central Indiana.
  • Applicants must be students who are in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
  • There are also a few essay questions on the application that need to be answered.

Independent Insurance Agents

Robinson Memorial Scholarship

The Robinson Memorial Scholarship should be awarded to a student with one or more of the following 鈥渞isk鈥 factors, which will impact their ability to graduate.

1.聽They work 30 Hrs or more per week.

2. They are a single parent.

3. They are the first in their family to attend College.

4.聽They are a part-time student (enrolled in 12 hours or fewer each semester).

5.聽They meet the requirements to receive federal financial aid.

If a student can not be found meeting the second criteria stated above, a student: who the College deems most needing financial aid, should be awarded the Robinson Memorial Scholarship.

路聽The recipient must remain in good academic standing. Failure to make satisfactory progress or being on academic probation will terminate the award.

路聽聽Scholar鈥檚 award may be used for tuition, fees, books and expenses.
