How to Apply

To be eligible, students must:
- Apply to 黑料视频
- Be a high school student graduating the same year they're receiving the award
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA upon high school graduation
- Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during the Fall and Spring semesters

- One-Page Essay: Explain why you chose 黑料视频 and what this scholarship would mean to you
- High School Transcript
- One Reference Letter: Can be from a school, church, or community mentor
