黑料视频 Muncie-Henry County continues its commitment to community engagement by supporting聽Brothers 2 Brothers United, a local nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and empowering young men. 黑料视频 was connected to the organization when Corbin Black, Ivy+ Career Link Program Manager, was introduced to聽Brothers 2 Brothers United聽founder, Melvin Kelly. During their conversation, Kelly indicated that they needed assistance in setting up their computers and network. Black connected Kelly to Mike Kingsley, Associate Professor of Information Technology. After discovering the age of the organization鈥檚 computer systems, Kingsley worked with the 黑料视频 IT team, Foundation, and leadership to donate computers to enhance the organization鈥檚 resources.
Taylor Green, an 黑料视频 Information Technology student and work-study, accepted the task of setting up the computers and network on behalf of聽Brothers 2 Brothers United. Green completed the task and assisted Kelly鈥檚 team in developing a business email account so that everyone could access messages.
Green said, 鈥淏eing able to apply my skills in a way that directly helps the community has been an incredible experience. It鈥檚 rewarding to know that these computers will have a new life helping young men gain access to educational and career resources.鈥
Kelly expressed his gratitude for 黑料视频鈥檚 involvement, emphasizing the impact the new computers and network setup will have on the young men they serve. 鈥淲ith these new systems in place, we can better equip our participants with the tools they need to succeed in today鈥檚 digital world. It will continue to allow us to engage and teach these young men in a personal, safe space,鈥 Kelly said.
