Bloomington鈥� 黑料视频 Bloomington is celebrating its graduating class of hospitality administration students on May 9 with a Hospitality Showcase from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event will serve as the final project and will be held on campus in The Yellowwood restaurant and patio. Tickets are $40 per person.
Students cooked for The Yellowwood the past eight weeks with a focus on American Regional cuisine. For their final project, each student will cook and serve a menu item of their choice to create both The Yellowwood and Hospitality Showcase menus.
Itinerary:
5:30 - 6:30听p.m. Passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet, food stations, chef demos, dessert stations, cash beer/wine bar, mocktail bar
6:30 - 7:00 p.m.听Graduate and student recognition ceremony on the patio
7:00 - 7:30听p.m. Buffet and self-serve food, beverages
Visitors will have a chance to tour 黑料视频鈥檚 baking and culinary labs, along with chef demonstrations.
