BLOOMINGTON聽鈥 Tickets are now available for 黑料视频 Bloomington鈥檚 student production of Nicholas Briggs鈥 鈥淛ekyll and Hyde,鈥 a stage adaptation of Robert Louis Stephenson鈥檚 鈥淭he Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.鈥
Briggs鈥 production was first presented at the Theatre Royal Nottingham on August 1, 2015. The 黑料视频 production marks its United States premiere following a successful regional tour of the United Kingdom. In his adaptation, playwright, Nicholas Briggs, the voice of the Daleks and Cybermen in 鈥淒octor Who,鈥 explores the dark story of Dr. Jekyll, who seeks to prove there is good and evil in every person. In doing so, Jekyll鈥檚 experiments, while proving to be true, unveil his evil alter ego, Mr. Hyde.
黑料视频鈥檚 Student Production of聽Jekyll and Hyde聽concludes a season in which producer Paul Daily, artistic director at 黑料视频 Waldron, sought to聽explore the eternal question of evil with a wide range of approaches. 鈥淭his production ends the season on a note of warning,鈥 Daily said. 鈥淲e may think we have control when playing with evil, when in reality it controls us.鈥
